How new clients get started:

  1. Email us to schedule a consultation
  2. Fill out health history and questionnaire (online or on paper)
  3. Get to know us with a complimentary phone consultation (30 min to 1 hour)
  4. Enjoy a one hour in-person introductory session ($50)
  5. Sign up with us or allow us to refer you to something different, such as a traditional gym or PT
  6. Fitness assessment at your home/the gym of your choice
  7. Ongoing sessions
  8. Periodic reevaluations

Locations - Housecalls and Studios

Small Group Personal Training classes are held at Fitness Sanctuary (39th St./7th Ave.), Belleon Gym (22nd St./7th Ave.), and at various other studios thoughout Manhattan.

1-on-1 Personal Training sessions and Massage Therapy sessions are held in the client’s home or building gym in Manhattan, and at a variety of NYC independent trainer gyms throughout Manhattan. We go to NYC Upper East Side, NYC Midtown East, NYC Upper West Side, NYC Midtown West, Chelsea, Gramercy, and other New York City neighborhoods.
